Official 2009 Spikes for Tykes Volleyball Tournament Entry Form
Who Can Play?
All amateur and professional athletes plus all military personnel and families stationed in Hawai‘i are welcome to participate in this tournament.
How Much Will It Cost to Enter?
The entry fee is $20 per player. Each player will receive a tournament T-shirt and a food voucher that is redeemable at the gym’s concession booth. All monies generated by this tournament will go to the Third Annual RPJ Keiki Movie Day.
Is there a Registration Deadline?
The tournament Registration Deadline is August 28, 2009. Late registrants must pay a $10 penalty fee. There will be a Kick-Off Party August 28th at the Living Room in Fisherman’s Wharf where team captains can pick up team packets containing tournament formats and rules among other materials.
